• When can I place an order?

You can place your order from October 15, 2024, until November 15, 2024.

• What items are currently available?

• Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders cannot be modified but can be canceled under certain conditions.

• How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

• What should I do if my item is defective?

• What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card as well as PayPal.

Our Shipping System

You will be able to place an order starting from October 15, 2024. Regardless of the purchase date, you will receive your product within a maximum of eight weeks. You will be notified by email every week about the progress of your order!

Reasons for the Pre-order

Our goal is to produce only the right amount to significantly grow the brand (1st drop: October 15). We believe it is better to take care of your orders and send them to you in the best possible conditions while preserving the environment!
